Women’s Player Advisory Group
About the Women’s Player Advisory Group
Operating between the women’s NRLW Club Delegate structure and the RLPA Board, the Women’s Player Advisory Group (PAG) includes players from across the NRLW competition who help inform the strategic approach decision making of the RLPA.
The Women’s PAG brings together some of the game’s most knowledgeable and respected players to proactively discuss matters across International, NRLW, State of Origin, State Premierships, and other relevant areas.
In this role, PAG members play a crucial part in facilitating communication between players and decision-making bodies, ensuring that the perspectives and challenges faced by players are effectively communicated and considered in the Association’s decision-making processes.
The Women’s Player Advisory Group was established in 2020 and played a crucial role during the collective bargaining agreement (CBA) negotiations.
